The Paparazzo Heritage Corporation was formed in 1964. Our projects included Heritage Apartments in Woodbury, Connecticut, built in 1965, Heritage Cove in Essex, Connecticut, built in 1967 and Heritage Woods in Avon/Farmington Connecticut, built in 1969-1970.

The two major developments were Heritage Village in Southbury, Connecticut (a condominium community of 2,500 homes, an 18 hole golf course, activity and recreation center, a shopping bazaar and an Inn on 1,000 acres started in 1966) and Heritage Hills of Westchester in Somers, New York (a condominium community that when it is completed, will have over 2,500 homes, 27 holes of golf, a main activities center and 5 recreation areas).

Heritage Development Group, Inc. has its headquarters in Southbury, Connecticut. There are executive offices in Somers, New York at Heritage Hills of Westchester that include architectural, engineering and planning staffs, Heritage Maintenance Services, Inc., and the Heritage Hills of Westchester, LLP construction project office.

Legal, payroll, finance and accounting, planning and human resources operations are also located in the Southbury office.
